  • Terms of booking for Queenswood Swim School

    1. Payment for the first 6 weeks paid in full prior to starting, payment then rolls as a 6 weekly payment.
    2. There is NO cancellation policy, (unfortunately, missed lessons can not be refunded or made up and this includes any absences).
    3. Should you wish to cancel your slot at the end of your current paid period we require notice 2 weeks’ before the end.
    4. Payments to be made electronically where possible.
    5. Lessons are 30 minutes’ duration.
    6. On the rare occasion that QSS has to cancel any lessons, a credit will be applied.
    7. Parents are only permitted poolside at the start of the lesson to drop off.
    8. No photos or videos to be taken anywhere in the building.
    9. Swimming hats must be worn by all bathers.
    10. Outdoor shoes to be removed and left in the foyer
