Assistant Head: Personalised Learning (SENCO)

The school wants to appoint an innovative, ambitious and energetic Assistant Head for September 2024. This is a Senior Management position, and the successful candidate will have significant academic experience as well as energy, drive and diplomacy.
The successful candidate will be a kind and positive individual to lead a successful Personalised Learning Centre. Reporting to the Senior Deputy Head, the role is central to teaching and learning across the whole school.
The successful candidate will have SENCO experience and possess a strong understanding of how personalised learning for all is central to the teaching and learning throughout the school. They will be an outstanding teacher with experience of developing staff and systems to raise the academic potential in every pupil as well as an exceptional understanding of the mental health challenges facing young people today.
