Why not get seriously messy this weekend and raise some money for a good cause at the same time! The Peace Hospice team are holding their Colour Fun Run at Aldenham Country Park on Sunday at 11.30am and runners will be covered in foam and showered in coloured powder as they complete the 5K fun course. There are hundreds of people expected for this family-friendly event and if it's too hot to run, you can take a leisurely stroll around.

In addition to the fun run, there will be live music, food stalls and rides to enjoy throughout the day, with all proceeds being used to provide care and support for local adults and children with life-limiting illnesses. Enjoy the foamy fun and please share your photos if you take part!
