We were delighted to welcome back Lizzie Cardozo (OQ, 2013) on Monday 6 November. Our Art Scholars were fortunate to hear from Lizzie about her journey from being a Q dance scholar to working as an artist and exhibiting at the Saatchi Gallery. 

Lizzie spoke about being authentic and ensuring that you follow your interests, and how – for her – dance, textiles and art all intertwine.

Following her A-Levels here at Q, Lizzie went on train at the London Studio Centre, followed by a Fine Art degree at the University of Hertfordshire and then a MA in Fine Art at the Chelsea College of Arts. 

Lizzie now works and exhibits in London as well as running a pop up gallery space called SHOP FRONT championing emerging artists.
