MR CHRIS YOUNG, SCIENCE TECHNICIAN

I am enrolled with the Open University on an Arts and Humanities with Honours degree course. It begins officially on 7 October, but all the freshers events have already started.

As much as I want to do this it really does put the fear of God in me, because I genuinely don't think I am good enough to complete it! Having said that, it really does put me out of my comfort zone. Having been in catering from the age of 16 to 38, arts and humanities is a huge change. I am also very humbled by the number of Queenswood staff who have offered help if needed.

It does feel odd being a student!
