Please find a message below from Miss Yaffe about this year's Duke of Edinburgh expeditions.

The DofE team and I are excited to announce that The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Bronze, Silver and Gold Expeditions will be heading out to the countryside this year!

This year, the Bronze Award students will be traversing the Chiltern Hills and the Silver Award students will explore the Chilterns and the Peak District.

Here are the expedition dates:

Training weekend for Bronze and Silver at Queenswood: 26th and 27th February

Bronze
Practice Expedition: 14-15 May
Assessed Expedition: 21-22 May

Silver
Practice Expedition: 22-24 April
Assessed Expedition: 28 April – 1 May

Gold participants have planned their own expedition, which includes a horse riding expedition in Wales and a cycling expedition.

We ask all participants to use their DofE Discount card and to get those boots worn in! If you have any questions about the Award, please do not hesitate to get in touch with one of the DofE Team: Miss Yaffe, Miss Greensmith or Mrs Brown.
