Would you like to take part in the world's largest garden wildlife survey? If so, you can choose any hour between 26 and 28 January to join the RSPB in their Big Garden Birdwatch 2024.

All you have to do is count the birds you see in your garden, in a local park or from your balcony. Ignore any birds that are still in flight and to avoid double-counting, just record the highest number of each bird species you see at any one time – not a running total. 

So enjoy the nature on your doorstep and count the birds that are counting on you!
