On Thursday and Friday this week, we welcomed a camera crew into Queenswood to shoot a short film about boarding.

The crew visited the boarding houses, interviewing pupils and staff about their experiences and showcasing our facilities, including newly refurbished common rooms and the Centre Cinema. Mrs Ludwick’s dog Zennor even got in on the action!

It was also a great opportunity for some of our A-Level Media and Photography students to learn more about the technicalities of a video shoot.

In preparation for the video, pupils on our boarding committee have been working with a professional interior designer to incorporate beautiful soft furnishings and their own artwork within the communal spaces.
