Congratulations to OQ Harriet Lamont on her engagement to Joe Hare on 22 August this year.  Joe proposed by the Thames in Barnes, on a long walk from Richmond. He is a surveyor in London and Harriet is a doctor working at the Royal Marsden Hospital.
