On Monday 20 February, we welcomed Alex from The Self-Esteem Team for the first in a series of talks for parents and staff on pastoral themes.

As a teacher and parent, Alex knows first-hand the challenges young people face today, and is able to share valuable tips on how to ‘handle big emotions, dial down anxiety, and manage change’.

The event was very well received, and several parents commented on how helpful it was to have pragmatic, takeaway solutions that could be instantly implemented.
