It's been a highly successful week for two of Queenswood's sporting alumnae.

Georgie Walker (OQ 2017), currently studying Liberal Arts at Furman University, USA, is a member of the Furman Paladins Women's Tennis Team. The Paladins reached a record-breaking US national ranking of #23 after a superb winning streak on the circuit.

While at Queenswood, Georgie was both an Academic and a Tennis Scholar, and a Senior Prefect in the Upper Sixth.

Meanwhile, athletics star Jodie Williams (OQ 2010) has just been crowned the British 400m indoor champion. She has also qualified for next week's 2021 European Athletics Indoor Championships in Torun, Poland in the 400m and 4x400m relay.
