Paula Clifton-Everest has been a member of the second violin section of the Philharmonia Orchestra since 2003.

In this film, her 10-year-old daughter Sophia—also a violinist—asks her mother some of the questions most commonly posed by the Philharmonia’s YouTube audience.

While COVID-19 restrictions continue to prevent the orchestra performing on stage for live audiences, Paula has spent time making music with her family. Along with Mr Kokkinos (Assistant Director of Music at Queenswood) and her two children, they performed for their grateful neighbours every week to coincide with the NHS applause.
