Excellent Results in the UKMT Junior Maths Challenge

Our Year 7 and 8 students recently took part in the UKMT Junior Mathematical Challenge, a prestigious national competition that encourages and celebrates mathematical thinking. The challenge involves tackling a series of intriguing problems designed to test students' reasoning and problem-solving abilities. We are thrilled to announce that our students have achieved some truly excellent results!
In Year 7, we are pleased to report that our students earned 7 bronze awards and 1 silver award. The Year 8 cohort achieved an 8 bronze awards, 7 silver awards, and 1 gold award.
A special mention must go to Amarisa I (8S) for her outstanding achievement in attaining a gold award, this exceptional performance has also qualified her for the demanding follow-on round. We extend our warmest congratulations to Amarisa and to all the students who participated. We are incredibly proud of their dedication, enthusiasm, and the mathematical skills they demonstrated throughout the challenge. Well done to everyone!
