CHALLENGE 3:
Summer Nights, Summer Food

School is out and the weather seems to have cheered up at long last! Some say that happiness is catching up with people over a shared meal, and sharing is caring of course! With so many people deciding to take a staycation at home, or perhaps go camping, we think that summer is the perfect time for you to show off your hosting skills, and be in with the chance of winning £30 of Amazon vouchers.

In this next Queenswood Purple Challenge, try out some of Mrs Lee’s fabulous recipes from Queenswood’s famous Leith’s Cookery School.

Mrs Lee’s recipes are here, so have a go at making burgers or a strawberry pavlova and an elderflower spritzer and if you’re feeling adventurous, why not try all three.  If you want to cook your own favourite recipes instead, that’d also be super.

To enter the competition this time, we’d like you to host a meal for your friends or family, and before they tuck into and eat all the grub, take a photo of what you have prepared and upload it below.  If you want to write a few words (but no more than 100) about your event and tell us how it went you can upload that too.

Don’t worry if you haven’t tried a Queenswood Purple Challenge before – we simply want you to have fun and take part, so go on, give it go!
