Queenswood Hall: under construction

We are delighted that the construction of the Queenswood Hall is well under way.
The Hall is being built on the footprint of the former Palaestra. It will offer an excellent facility with a focus on indoor hockey, netball and badminton, as well as many other sports. The space will be extended to provide an aerobics room and a fitness room on the ground floor and we will be building a second floor to allow us to develop additional classroom space in the future. The estimated completion date is November 2018.

In time the Hall will be fitted out with a state of the art draping system and retractable bleacher seating in order to facilitate concerts and meetings
We have also applied to alter the traffic flow in the car park, which will provide an improved drop-off area, make more use of the available space and give us an additional 17 parking bays.
