Leading milliner, OQ Lucinda Hostombe-Shooter, was thrilled that one of her hats won Best Millinery at the ANZA Melbourne cup day in Singapore earlier this month.  In addition to this, Lucinda's designs have been worn to the Palace recently, as well as being inspected by HM the Queen at the opening of the new Fenwick Bracknell store.
