Queenswood tennis scholars enjoyed tremendous success once again at the National Girls School Doubles in Harpenden on Saturday May 11.

The U19 competition was won by Given Roach and Imogen Haddad (Year 9). To put this astonishing achievement into context, Imogen is currently 13 years old, while Given has just turned 14.

At U16 level, the final was an all Queenswood affair, with more girls competing well above their ages. Maia Mountain (15) and Hannah Read (13)  were winners, with Dina Lipovski (12) and Issey Wong (11) runners-up. 

In a very close U14 final, Tia Jakupovic-Kljako (12) and Ava Williamson (12) lost out to a strong team from Benenden.
