Our fine facilities, coupled with well-qualified and experienced staff, have enabled girls of all abilities to enjoy sport at all levels.  In the Sixth Form PE lessons are timetabled for two hours each week and operate more like a club with a relaxed atmosphere and an emphasis on participation and enjoyment.

Each term the girls choose the sports they wish to pursue and there is a wide variety on offer.  Activities include: aerobics, badminton, cricket, dance, golf, hockey, netball, rounders, softball, self-defence, swimming, step aerobics, tennis, trampolining, volleyball, weight training, basketball, pop-lacrosse, football, touch rugby and athletics.  Senior teams continue to run in all sports with an extensive fixture programme on offer.  Girls with particular sporting potential receive extra coaching either from visiting coaches or at local sports clubs.
