The Yorkshire reunion, organised by Branch Secretary, Susan Baker, was held at the home of Tim and Yvonne Helps.  There was a very good turn out and we were thrilled to have Sylvia Usher with us, who is to collect her MBE in June - many congratulations!  We had a brilliant response to the Bring & Buy Sale suggestion and raised just over one hundred pounds towards the Theatre Lift Appeal.  Tim and Yvonne's hospitality was faultless and the weather allowed us to enjoy their beautiful garden.  Tim showed us his very interesting collection of butterflies, moths and 'creepy crawlies', thankfully all behind glass!

Mrs Anneke Berrill (nee Waple) organised a reunion for Section 45, 1977 leavers at Q on Saturday 28th April 2007.  This was very well attended and Anneke's peers thanked her for all her 'detective' work in locating friends spread far and wide.

Section 45 met in the Terrace Room, Trew House for drinks and then experienced the improved catering facilities within the Dining Hall and enjoyed the catering.  After lunch, they had the opportunity to visit old and new haunts around the Q campus, taking in the library, swimming pool and theatre.  The day was rounded off with tea and homemade cake back in the Dining Hall.

These photographs were taken at the North West Reunion, organised by Branch Secretary Mrs Hilary Watson, and held on Tuesday 24th April 2007at Hilary's beautiful new home in Peckforton.

Hilary treated us to a sumptuous meal in beautiful surroundings and the wonderful company of Charlie, the dog!

The afternoon was topped off with a surprise Birthday cake for Mrs Anne Dearle, Chair of the OQA, ahead of her special birthday at the end of May.

The West Midlands reunion was held on Saturday 21st April 2007.  It was organised by Mrs Barbara Boyd, Branch Secretary, and held at the home of Mrs Jenny Wood-Hill.  We enjoyed fine weather, good company and delicious catering.  It was a most successful reunion and many thanks go to Barbara and Jenny.

The Scottish Branch reunion was held in Edinburgh on Saturday 24th February 2007.

It was organised by Mrs Mary Warrack (nee Thomson) and hosted in the home of Mrs Daphne Guyton (nee Foster).  Mrs Guyton's home provided panoramic views of Edinburgh from the rugby stadium, where Scotland were playing Italy, views towards the Castle and then round to show Cramon Island.  Views encompassed Edinburgh Castle, which is perched high up above the city centre on the remains of an extinct volcano!

Approximately a mile to the east of Edinburgh Castle is Arthur's Seat.  This is the main peak of the group of hills which form most of Holyrood Park, a remarkably wild piece of highland landscape in the centre of the city of Edinburgh.

13 members of the OQA attended and sat down to a delicious lunch.  Mrs Warrack presented the group with a meringue shaped in a Q, covered in blueberries - very Q coloured!

The reunion proved a great success.
