Q Chef wins Hotelympia medal

Queenswood chef Ed Wright won an individual bronze medal in the “Gastro Pub Lunch” class at the Hotelympia exhibition at London's ExCeL centre on Monday 18 Feburary.

Hotelympia is one of the country's leading foodservice and hospitality shows. Ed won his medal in what was a very open sector, with many international chefs participating.

Ed competes in the team cold buffet challenge with three other Compass colleagues on Wednesday 20. On Thursday 21, he also competes in the individual school catering sector where he has previously achieved much success. Updates on his progress to follow!
