Weekends

Flexi Weekends - Boarders may leave for the weekend after their last commitment on either Friday or Saturday, returning on either Sunday evening or by 8.00am on Monday morning.   For girls who remain in school there are a variety of activities on offer, such as fun swims, cooking and craft and the emphasis is very much on relaxing after the frenetic midweek pace.   There are various outings organised each weekend.

Home Weekends - The school closes for five weekends a year.   The girls may leave at 4.20pm on Friday and return for a roll call at 8.00pm (Lower School, Years 7 - 9) or 9.00pm (Upper School, Years 10, 11 and Sixth  Form).   We believe it is very important that everyone enjoys this short break away and it gives our overseas girls a chance to experience family life in the homes of their guardians.

In Weekends - A few weekends a year are designated 'In Weekends�'when all boarders remain in school.  These weekends are busy and are planned around various inter-house competitions, e.g. Sport, Drama and Music plus House and Year group outings and Christmas activities.
